Items ordered from Targus.com Europe are eligible for return within 14 days of the original shipment date. All return requests must be submitted and approved within this 14 day window.
Return Request Rejection and Approval
After you submit your return request, our team will review it and may ask for additional information such as product pictures, receipts, and shipping labels. Although most return requests are approved, Targus reserves the right to reject return requests at our discretion. Common rejection reasons include, but are not limited to, insufficient documentation to verify the order, or product use.
Returns received without authorisation may be returned to the sender or, at Targus’ discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. In addition, privacy screens and screen protectors must be returned in original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Targus may issue partial refunds at our discretion.
Any shipping costs associated with your original Targus.com Europe order may not be refundable. In addition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or covered by Targus unless otherwise stated by an authorised representative of Targus. Targus is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Customers returning products would be required to arrange and pay for the shipping back to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Costs would vary depending on the service and carrier selected by the customer, and the location being shipped from. In some instances Targus would arrange and pay for the returns, but these would be assessed individually based on specific circumstances.
